McAfee SIEM Rollback Document

Hi Experts,

Where can I visit a document which contains a rollback plan for McAfee? As far as I know McAfee has a document concerning the data sources' configuration but is there any document for the rollback on all McAfee SIEM as a whole which includes the removal of data sources, deletion of accounts, system profiles and such?

Hi, You will have to reimage the device to reset to factory default settings. If you have the ISO you can reimage the ERC. Reimaging will help to delete all the configuration presently on the device. You can open a service request & request for the ISO file for re imaging if you do not have the ISO. I am attaching the pdf document for Reimaging.
