McAfee SIEM ESM V11.3.x cluster/redundant failover

Hi,

Does the process of ESM failover on V11.3.x  is same on 10.x. Can't find relevant KBs for the fail-over procedure

Would also like to know does the services being restarted/initialize is the clustered ESM(To be promoted) and/or Primary ESM?

The services get re-initialized for the clustered ESM( ESM node to be promoted).
