i am trying to copy the newly released patch to my McFee ESM server by using the Winscp but it asked me the session password.
i had enter the password but it reject whatever i enter.
So please kindly help me to resolve the issue.
I regularly use WinSCP with the ESM, and have never had an issue with it. To authenticate to your ESM, you'll need to use user "root", and password should be the same as your NGCP password.
Thank you Sir. I am able to login through WinSCP.
Now my second query is am facing the issue after the login is
"The console is currently unavailable because the database is rebuilding on the ESM".
The process may take several hours.
I was trying to resolve this issue by using McAfee KB's or google but yet not reach to solution.
Please help me to resolve this issue.
And also if possible please share the technical document regarding to this..
