I have setup ESM Active Directy configurations, but when login below error
I have setup the same group name in ESM and AD, port 88 open and working. Can ping from both ends
Support desk eng.s not able to tell me exactly what to do,

No, this a brand new setup, never connected before. I have check the log message, I found the KB77759, times are same, but still not connecting, same error. i'm running 9.6 VM8,
is anyone have experienced who done AD connectivity.
