Mass distribution of a regex expression

I would like to add a regex to each built in rule of my DNS data source which will parse certain data in their packets and put it in a certain field in the field assignment.
How do I go about applying the regex to each of the 30 rules regarding DNS which are designed by Microsoft without the need to individually go into each rule and manually typing down said regular expression?

Re: Mass distribution of a regex expression

I hope that i understand good your question...

first of all you can't change the WMI Parsing rules.

if you wish to change the Parsing you will need to integrate the Data Source (in your case the DC.) via Collector - MEF.

Second point, you will need to write a "multi line" REGEX that will parse multiple logs.
