How can I clear stuck event retrieval jobs on a receiver?

I would like to know how I can clear stuck event retrieval jobs on a receiver. In this situation within the Get Events and Flows window on the individual receiver level there are multiple jobs showing under the detailed job summary but they are not completing. This has caused a backlog of events on my receiver. I had restarted Nitro services on the receiver but the jobs are still there. The environment is on version 10.4.0 patch 6.

I think the retrieval jobs are actually on ESM, not Receivers. Have you tried restarting cpservice on ESM?
