Geolocation issues/ESM 11.3.2

Does anyone have suggestions on Geolocation fix on 11.3.2 - Based on documentation from McAfee; Geolocation settings receive regular automatic updates from the SIEM rule server and our SIEM instance rules are current updated nightly. 

I remember Geo update/hotfix being available when the log4shell vulnerability came out but now I can't seem to locate it; Perhaps cause of 11.5.0 being out and all. Any Ideas?

Plus - What are details surrounding this statement:
'ASN support is being withdrawn and is no longer supported. Any customer-created content using ASNs must be updated or removed.'
