Please check if your proxy has been enabled on the ESM end and also validate if your firewall is allowing the traffic from18.104.22.168 and nitroguard.com
Also, check if the customer ID is correct one.
We don't use proxy server.
Customer ID was received a few days ago.
Firewall is allowing traffic from 22.214.171.124 and nitroguard.com. The reason for ending session is not receiving a response from the server.
