I have a problem with SIEM version 11.3. The errors appear when a query is made on the dashbords. Intermittent problem, I have an open call with support but the source of the problem has not yet been identified.
Has anyone had the same problem?

The patch 11 was aplied. There was no error this time. We are monitoring the appliance.

Thanks for the update that post patch 11 the issue has been resolved.
For general information: this also happens on 11.1.3.
And this can be found in /var/log/messages:
cpserviced[2201]:JobEngineClient.getResults: errorCode=3005
cpserviced[2201]: GetReportBackgroundStatus: SessionID=785080480 ReportID=4390473356 errorCode=3005
The context may be useful for the experts.
