Hi

ACE3225

They belong to which MOdel Family so we can get the idea that how much number of events they can support.

Re: ETM5205 belongs to which Model Number family

Those appliances are "Gen3" models.  These are no longer sold by McAfee, and you won't find them on the web site.

Here are a few relevant data points from the legacy Nitro data sheet:

  • ESM 5205
    • Collection Rate: 50,000 EPS
    • Local Storage: 2.5 TB
  • ELM 5205
    • Collection Rate: 20,000 EPS

I don't have details on the ACE 3225 appliance.  However, this is the larger of the 2 Gen3 ACE appliances available, and is more than capable of handling everything your ESM can throw at it.

Thanks

Actually we are facing some un realistic type of problems.

Like

On the ESM the jobs get hanged/stuck means that SOC members are not able to login. every thing get hanged.

I am suspecting that the ESM is now overburden like that he is receving more number of events then he can handle.

How can I see that

1- ESM is getting how much number of events
