It means when performing a timezone offset calculation, the system ended up with an unexpected result. Check the clock on your ESM is correctly set to GMT/UTC and that you have a valid NTP server configured.
If this issue occurs when a report is run, check the timezone setting in the report. If it matches a user logging in, check their timezone setting.
