In answer to the specific question - all ESMs in your cluster need to be able to connect to your ELM on port 9092 (or whichever port you choose as your databus port in the cluster configuration tab of your ESM settings).
If you have a data streaming bus appliance and the ELM configured to use it, the ELM needs to be able to connect to it on port 9092 in addition to the above (direct connection from ESM->ELM is still used for real time alarms).

In 11.X version, Port 9092 is required if you are using any of these: McAfee Event Receiver, McAfee ACE, McAfee Application Data Monitor, DBM, Data Streaming Bus.
