My clients Receiver recently stopped collecting events. A reboot was done and some database tables got corrupted. Thereafter no one could log on. The tables are fixed now and we can log on to the ESM but the Receiver is collecting and sending data intermittently. McAfee Support is yet to resolve the issue even after logging in twice. Kindly assist.
