May I ask what logs should I send to McAfee support for checking. Just now I have experience a "HTTP 503 Service Unavailable" from my ESM, upon restarting s cpservice it went OK, just need to find why the error have occur in the first place.
never seen a 503 before. maybe the httpd log?
I already sent NitroError.Log to McAfee support , will wait for their reply, hmmmm... I didn't check httpd logs may there's some clue on it, thanks
We just had this same issue recently, are you on 10.1? We are actually upgrading to 10.2 right now to fix it.
We are already at 10.2 version when we encounter this issue. When we are still at 10.1 this issue were never expeirience.
