ESM Custom Dashboard Errors

We are running ESM 10.3 and everytime we try saving a widget or creating a custom dashboard we receive an internal server error of EC-1. Our output of /var/log/messages looks something like this:

 

Mar 1 17:16:39 McAfee libJobServer.so[1471]: UpdateLastEventTimeCould not read 144117387350769664: DBError: 112

 

Is there any advice on how to resolve this issue, thank you for your time.
