ESM Administrator App - Error Installing

Hi,

When trying to install the ESM Administrator App (due to Flash EOL), I get an error that says:

"Error opening file for writing:

C:\ProgramFiles\ESM_Administrator_App\Uninstall ESM_Administrator_App.exe

Click Abort stop the installation, Retry..." etc etc

I have never installed this program before on my computer, and if I ignore that error, the installation fails. I can't use the non-Flash sections of the ESM/SIEM without using this app. Please advise how I can get around this.
