ESM 10.2 Sharing Dashboards

Jump to solution

Apologies if this is the incorrect place to pose this question, but I'm looking for information on how to share out an HTML5 dashboard I created with other members on our team. I've read through the manual but didn't see this explicitly outlined anywhere. Thank you for any help you can provide and I can absolutely gather any other information that may be needed for this.

Hi,

I'm not sure i understand your request..

if you mean "to share with all users or groups" fallow the next steps.

click on "Add Tab" > on the "Open view" line press on the settings icon > go to your desired dashboard > press on the "Permission" button.

Best Regards👍👍👍

David.

Is there a way to just share dashboards as read-only link/website without people logging in to SIEM?

Hi, Rob

in the McAfee domain theirs no solution for your request,

you will need to create a dedicated user with the permissions you want it to have

(example - no access to configurations, just view dashboards and close cases.)

and then create a VPN to a strait access to the internal IP of the ESM.

if you want to Avoid logging process in order to improve User\Costumer experience

try creating a link that runs a script with a Token or some other authentication method..

Best Regards👍👍👍
