ERC Collectorsctl and parsersctl

Hi,

Is there a way to manually start collectorsctl and parsersctl on the ERC, We tried to perform NitroStart --nod but the services still wont go up.

We may need to see what error is causing the collectorsctl & parsersctl not to start.
