ER1400 errors

I'm running an ELM search for a customer for data that's a year old. The search pulls back results OK - about 8000 lines of data, but I cannot download it - the error I get is Could not retrieve results (ER1400)


This error appears not to be documented. The SIEM's an all-in-one, VM12, running 11.1.3.


For reference, is the search data saved anywhere that I could (for example) extract it with WinSCP?


Any help appreciated (for reference, suggestions that we upgrade are not regarded as helpful)

When you perform the ELM search the search results will be stored  in the following location on the elm.


Simultaneously, while performing the search using the GUI, open a CLI session for the ELM and execute ‘tail -f /var/log/messages’.

This will display the exact name of the file where the search results are stored in /usr/local/elm/tmp folder.
