Does anyone have experience using integrating SIEM API's with Confluence/JIRA or ServiceNow?  I'm looking for a way to auto-create tickets for non-reporting systems, and possibly other events triggered by alarms (custom or built-in)?

Re: Confluence/JIRA

You can create rules in some of these systems based on the subject of emails they are receiving which might be a relatively simple way of achieving integration.

Re: Confluence/JIRA

Hi, everyone!

If someone still looking for a solution to such case - I would like to share with you a new add on for Jira (Server), which could help with SIEM/EMS integrating. The product name is Alert Catcher and its already listed at Atlassian Marketplace, link below:

btw: with such product you can easily set up the problem creation by the similar incidents and assign them to a different users for it’s resolving.
