Can you encrypt reports?

My upper management is concerned with the reports coming out of mcafee in clear text, and wants me to start pulling them down manually so I can encrypt them before sending.  This is obviously a considerable amount of work, so I was wondering if there was a way I could encrypt the reports before sending.
