Can't create a document in Jive to share information collaboratively ?

Jump to solution

I wanted to start a document to link all the custom parsing rules shared in

as a discussion is not a very "editable" way to do it.

But apparently, only McAfee employees can create Documents, I guess ?

?

?

?

Share your custom parser regex in comments

Tips:

How to export a rule:

And don't forget to upvote Create a forum or an area for customers to share custom ASP parsing rules and Correlation rules

Yes only community leaders and moderators can create documents or blogs.

If you wish to request a review of this restriction I would post it in:

Edit: I should add that this version of Jive doesn't allow any sticky's at all.

Thanks @ex_brit

Would you have a recommendation on how a SIEM community should address the need to create a living/editable document using this version of Jive ?

As I said you'd have to request it in that area I recommended.

BTW I can convert anything you post to a document, but the trouble with that is, you wouldn't be able to edit it, and I am too busy to edit additional stuff other than my own and our Moderation queues.
