Alarms Templates

Hi,

i started configuring an alarm with "Field Match" using an All-in-One correlation rule instead of "internal event match" and a specific Correlation-ID linked after.

When i create a template with the rule linked on https://docs.mcafee.com/bundle/enterprise-security-manager-10.2.0-product-guide-unmanaged/page/GUID-... i was hoping to see in my HTML template source events that triggered the condition created by "Field Match" using for example [$Source IP ]  but Alert Template was empty of these information.

Could you help me solving this problem without telling me to try "Internal Event Match" option and a Correlation created before on ACE?

Thanks in advance

Re: Alarms Templates

I configured Field Match as the screenshot attached, then i use HTML to call variables on the alert template like that:

[$REPEAT_START]
[$SOURCE_EVENTS_START]

<tr>
<td class="Time">[$First Time]</td>
<td class="Rule">[$Rule Message] ([$Signature ID])</td>
<td class="Count">[$Event Count]</td>

<td class="Source_IP">[$Source IP]:[$Source Port]</td>

<td class="Destination_IP">[$Destination IP]:[$Destination Port]</td>

<td class="Event_Subtype">[$Event Subtype]</td>
</tr>

[$SOURCE_EVENTS_END]
[$REPEAT_END]

Re: Alarms Templates

I test this and it works fine in my lab with a field match alarm.

I attached the template I am using.  It is modified from a version that was previously posted in the community.
