Adding A ERC from A remote Network to the ESM.

Hi Dear Community.

I'm interested hearing if someone has experienced integrating a remote ERC to the local ESM.

what do i need to configure in the ESM side, and in the ERC side.

Static routs?

Proxy?

etc.

do you have special tips or a guide for that ?!

Thanks'

Best Regards.👍👍👍

David.

Re: Adding A ERC from A remote Network to the ESM.

Hi Dave,

I think you are already spot on with what do you require.

Configure ESM with static route to reach ERC, from the ERC set a gateway to reach the ESM.  Once you got this set, you will be able to add the device through the wizard seamlessly.

I didn't configure remotely as in like HQ and a remote office, what I simulated and tested was 2 networks between firewalls.

Re: Adding A ERC from A remote Network to the ESM.

Thanks' Rob.

i appreciate your help.

but actually in the end my customer configured a NAT for the Private IP of the ERC.

in the ESM i added a new ERC with the NAT IP - (public IP) and its working fine!

(in addition my customer configured in is firewall access to the NAT IP just from my public IP)

Thanks again

Best Regards👍👍👍

David.
