If you are upgrading from 9.5.1 MR2,  the POST back to the appliances (I've found this with the DBM, ADM, and REC) to upload the file will work.  It's just that it will concatenate the source browsepath to the file name upon upload.  Hence your update will FAIL.  Until Intel/McAfee resolves this or posts an actual resolution....

I suggest that you rename these files to the original name and reboot the appliance.  That should start the update process correctly on the affected.

For the ESS it is a different path.  /usr/local/ess/SoftwareUpdates  But I did not encounter the above issue with the ESS.
