2 questions: ESM SC CLI command - ## SSH Shortcut ## + Ports

Hello All

I have recently added an ERC device to the ESM.  It's running the same version as all other devices/ESM components; However, it doesn't show up in the device list that's currently managed by our ESM.  I have rekeyed the device, ESM, wrote out the cluster settings, and other TS steps.  I can SSH just fine from the ESM to the ERC with no pw prompts just not being listed neatly via the sc command. Any ideas?

For the ERC open ports we have 22 and now with 11.x: 9092 to the ESM; anything else needed?

The sc shortcut caches its data to speed up the usage.  To refresh the cache either reboot the ESM or run sc -c.

Roll out policies on all devices, re-loaded/reinstalled the flash app, etc but these have no bearing on the sc - ssh shell shortcuts.
