1410 - ESM not able to login their WebGUI

Hi Support, User have report that he is not able to login to their web-GUI. The error shown in the web page is ???the database is unavailable at this time. Checking for availability again??? Please advise on how to troubleshoot this issue. Appreciate your help on this. Best Regards, Sheng Yu

Whats the version of the ESM?!

for what amount of time are you waiting when the problem exiset ?!

we will like to help out

but we need some more information.... Screen shots , ssh output etc.

Hi Sheng Yu,

The error messages database is unavailable is that the dbserver services is in stopped state and not running.

gather output of below commands through ESM CLI;

ps auxf | grep dbser 

ps auxf | grep cpser

The best thing is to open a service request and get assistance on the same.
