Will current version of Total Protection Service work without domain controller in Windows Server 2003 SP2.?

No nodes, no domain controllers.

Windows Server 2003 SP2 with multiple login IDs but used as a standalone mode without any client computers attached to server.

Product name is Total Protection Service for Small Business Customer with two licenses.

Active Directory is not required.
