Hello, We manage several client and they all have Mcafee SaaS endpoint protection and I have noticed that when McAfee is uninstall it breaks Internet Explorer java. Has anyone else encountered this issue? The only work around we have found is downgrading IE all the way to 9 and reinstall IE 10 and 11. We have tried just uninstalling from control panel and running the Mcafee uninstall tool downloaded from the mcafee partner panel under "Optimization"
Moved to SaaS Endpoint Protection for better support.

Yes it is an issue when you uninstall Saas 6.0.3 . IE get crippled.
Java for IE will be pointing Mcafee Script scan in registry which will not be uninstalled when you run the tool available under optimization, instead you can try running MCPR (https://community.mcafee.com/thread/27115?start=0&tstart=0) which will remove the Mcafee traces.
Reboot the computer after running MCPR and try loading IE which should be fixed.

, the MCPR tool is for Consumer products. It is not meant for use with Enterprise.
