Unable to uninstall SaaS

I have being running Saas since 2011 and had renewed once but when I renewed recently it was all different and I discovered as a home user I should not be on this product.

But I cannot uninstall!

I have run frmInst /forceuninstall which appeared to work but when I rebooted the PC Mcafee was still running. I then found in program files/common files more mcafee programs.

How do I complete this uninstall?

Moved to Business > SaaS for faster support.

While waiting for someone with knowledge to post I looked up an old post from a Support person which may help.

If it doesn't then at least I tried.

SaaS End Point 5.2.0 is long EOL. I'm not sure if you still have access to the security center to download the "Cleanup Tool Utility".

Please try the "Cleanup Tool Utility" from the link below:

http://vs.mcafeeasap.com/mc/VS50/Data/mvsuninst.exe

Hopefully you should be able to remove traces of McAfee SaaS from the computer. You may also Contact SAAS Technical support at:

Because I was given a refund on my renewal of Saas I no longer have any licenses and so cannot load this software.

It also makes phoning technical support difficult!

Please try running the "Cleanup Tool Utility". Link shared in my previous post and update the outcome.

I did this and after rebooting Mcaffee was still running and all folders were intact.
