Total Protection Service Unable to Activate

I have tried off and on for a couple weeks to activate the software that came pre-installed on a new HP notebook. All I get is try again later, kind of like calling in to the support service. Part of the reason I bought this particular computer was that I didn't have to worry about picking up new licenses for AV for it. I don't seem to have online support, I don't seem to be able to reach a phone support specialist and I can't activate it via the internet - so I am here.

Does anyone have any clue what is wrong? I have seen other posts regarding Dells but no fixes. This is an HP. This is supposed to be a business laptop and a business product - where's the support? The user is going on an extended road trip as of tomorrow just wondering if I flush the software and buy additional licenses of other products..

Finally Found online customer support. They couldn't help. Had me call a business support line. They couldn't help. They told me to call HP.

I am simply removing it. I don't have the time to waste.
