What Mcafee Total Protection Enterprise Advance Gold (P+) licence for 300 users include?

The question is to know wheather the suit include:

1. 300 licences for exchange server or they have to be bought separatelly or  ?

2. What Gold Support means?

3. What P+ = protect plus include?
