SaaS product version 5.4.0 patch 1 - keeps crashing

Hello,

I have the product installed on a Terminal Server W2008R2. The product keeps crashing several times a day.

Anyone have the same problem ?

Please try to attach the event log for the Terminal server in your response here.

You can even PM the event log file.

We need to go through this log to know what is happening on the server.
