SaaS Endpoint Protection and Windows 10

Hi there,
First time poster, would really appreciate some help with this one!
Today I did a clean install of Windows 10 on a PC at work, and after logging in to McAfee ASAP I found that I was unable to install SaaS Endpoint Protection. Two error messages came up:

I dug around for ages but couldn't really find a definitive answer or a solution/patch/workaround. Any ideas?
Thanks!

Re: SaaS Endpoint Protection and Windows 10

Moved this to SaaS Endpoint Protection for faster responses.

Meanwhile check this End of Life notice:

Re: SaaS Endpoint Protection and Windows 10

I just found this on the McAfee ASAP SaaS site under the 'Utilities > Software Upgrade' tab:

"No new version of McAfee Saas Endpoint Protection is available.

Version EndPoint of McAfee SaaS Endpoint Protection software is available. Intel Security will upgrade your computers after 07 January 2016."

Am I right in thinking that it is referring to a solution to our problem, and will be deployed from today?

Re: SaaS Endpoint Protection and Windows 10

I have no idea.  The Support Portal would know or wait for someone with experience to post here.

Wonder if this falls under Endpoint Security 10.1 ?

Just stabbing in the Dark here...

Re: SaaS Endpoint Protection and Windows 10

I don't think so, SaaS is/was its own product line. now ended.

Re: SaaS Endpoint Protection and Windows 10

K, Just thought I would mention it. Like you said hopefully one with more knowledge/expertize will pick up this thread.

Being Enterprise, not well versed.  Perhaps Richard will pick up this thread?

Re: SaaS Endpoint Protection and Windows 10

Maybe but the OP would be best advised contacting the Portal assuming they have a Grant Number or get their IT department to do it.

Re: SaaS Endpoint Protection and Windows 10

As far as I can gather, and please note we are Consumer Software Moderators so don't take my word for anything, SaaS Endpoint customers will be transitioned to ePO Cloud, so I assume you will be notified in some manner of the change.

The PDF accompanying the EOL KB states:

Q:

Whom should I contact if I have additional questions?

A:

Please reach out to your Intel Security account manager if you have additional questions.
