I've had a mediasmart server for a few years now. After the original trial version of total protection ended, I bought a full year. During that time, I had to use the factory recovery disks. After doing that, I think that it restarted the trial version, which ended a few months ago. I purchased another license, and now am having trouble applying it to the TP service. I can only find the option to BUY another license.
Please contact the McAfee Suport at 1 866 622 3338 alongwith the Grant number that you got when you purchased your copy of Total protection service.
