McAfee- on access scan currently disabled(version 5.2.2 patch 2)

Hi Dualeh,

We believe that you have been using the version 5.2.2 patch 2 in your computer which is very old version and we no longer suggest the customer to use that version. Please reinstall the product and get the latest version 6.0 and run a scan.

we are using latest version 5.4.0 and it is not stop this virus as McAfee what have you got to prevent this type of virus. secondly have you have any sort of removal tools which we can use to remove this virus my PC. I believe mcafee has some removal tools which enable us to remove this virus. "Trojan.agent.Gpc and Backdoor.bot and backdoor.fhi"

Hello all,

can someone help me what number should i call for McAfee, we renew our license nearly three weeks ago through reseller insight uk and we are not receive anything yet which is unacceptable. Our license expired  two weeks ago and we do not have virus protection, if someone could help me this will be appreciated.
