McAfee Process Validation Service crash

I see under  reliability history this error message, namely McAfee Process Validation Service became inoperable. Why is that?

Please let us know the name of the McAfee software that you currently use on the computer.

If possible please add a screen shot of the error message that you get on the computer, in your reply post. This will be helpful for us to understand the issue better.

A have no any screenshot about this issue. From me used OS is Windows 7 Pro and McAfee SaaS Endpoint Production 5.2.3 Patch 4. There is also the details:

Hi Zoli62,

Please let us know when exactly you get this error message.

Do you get the message when you try to run a scan on the computer or try to update the McAfee software or when you are trying to access any McAfee service.

None of them. This issue  came once and never at other times during shutdown of computer.

Since then, I could not reproduce this issue. Is there another idea for this case?

I see that as of now your McAfee software is running without any issues.

If you find the issue repeating or if you get any other error messages when the software is trying to do an auto-update or if any of the McAfee service is not protecting please contact us and we shall help you resolve the issue ASAP.
