Have trouble receiving messages sent via mxlogic.net

We are have several of our customers respond to us that they are having trouble getting messages to us in a timely manner.  In researching the problem, I found one of the messages that finally came thru and looked at the headers.

The header from the email:

When I look at the various receive records, I see that it was at p01c11o145.mxlogic.net(mxl_mta-8.4.0-3 on the 2nd of Sept.  The next receive was at p01c11o147.mxlogic.net(mxl_mta-8.4.0-3) on the 8th of Sept, 6 days later.

My question is why so long and is there anything that can be done about it?
