mxlogic.net rejected your message

Please move this thread if it is not in the correct sub thread.

This is a very urgent issue that needs to be addressed and resolved.

When people from our company send emails to our members that use mxlogic (McAfee) our messages are always rejected. Error message below. I have removed the email address for privacy reasons.

Thank you Brad and Ex_Brit. The issue is resolved and our customers who use Logicmx/McAfee are no longer rejecting our messages. Thank you again.

We acutally do NOT use McAfee products - we are having our messages rejected from customers that do use a McAfee product / Mxlogic. I have forwarded several emails that were rejected to: 'SaaS_falsepositives@mcafeesubmissions.com'

I got this response:

That fingerprint is for the phone number 7858320303, which was in messages that were reported spammy by end users.

Looking at the feedback I see:

- 73% of reports seen were to block

- 0% of blocks were from spam traps

- First report : 2013-07-15 05:25:26

- Last report : 2013-07-21 10:06:51

I have reset it, but the sender should audit their mailing lists.

OK I moved this provisionally to SaaS Email Security for better support.  Good luck.

I have also just been advised of thew following support avenue available:

SaaS Email and Web Security Customer Support Service

Customers who have purchased McAfee® SaaS Email and Web Security services either directly or through a partner of SaaS Email and Web Security (formerly MX Logic) can submit service tickets and access reference materials after login at http://support.mcafeesaas.com.
