Spam Report Delivery Times Wrong

Jump to solution

We just migrated to the SaaS system today.  Before the migration I set our time zone to Pacific time, and set our quarantine report delivery times to 12 PM and 4 PM.

Around 11 AM the first report came in for everyone.

Any ideas on why the timing is off by one hour?  I dont mind changing it to 1 PM and 5 PM to adjust it, but just making sure nothing is wrong on our side.

Thank you.

Hi Jig1,

What you're seeing is expected behavior. The time frames specified in the inbound policy refers to deliver by time, and the reports will run based on the number of people in a particular time block that are subscribed to ensure that those reports deliver by the specified time.
