Outbound 250 OK qs

One of our internal users is unable to send emails outside of our domain.  Each email to another domain is getting hit with the 250 OK qs   No matter what the email contains.

What Business product is this happening on? Email gateway, SAAS email or another

Hello here2help,

Please contact your support representative for assistance with this issue.  There is likely something in the user's email, such as a signature or URL, that is causing the message to be scored as spam.
