Navigation to firewall screen from app

Hi,

After following your instructions to follow the guidelines at

        Accessing the McAfee Control Console as an Admin - InMotion Hosting,

we have gone through the attached screenshots of Login1.jpg, Login2.jpg and Login3.jpg

two times.

We have not received a reply at the email that we sent after 4 hours.

This was the email that we gave when we activated McAfee today about 10 hours ago.

Your assistance is much appreciated.

Hi,

Apologies for taking up your time,

I did not know how to reply

( had to log in first ).

I have solved the problem by

starting the McAfee from the desktop

rather than the App.

I was then able to click on navigate,

then to firewall and then to the port setting.

Thank you so much for your help.

This thread is now solved and can be closed.

( would clicking the "Correct Answer" close it ? )
