Thanks in advance for your help. I have a customer I have worked with for several years with no issues. In the past week, my emails have been rejected and here is the error code I receive:
A problem occurred while delivering this message to this email address. Trysending this message again. If the problem continues, please contact yourhelpdesk.
I don't use McAfee but assume they do. Can anyone decipher the root cause of this issue?
The error "Denied" or "554 Denied" indicates a message scored high for spam.

Thanks for your help. I sent a message based on suggestion #3 to the "false positive" team. They altered settings in the system, and so far it appears to have addressed the issue. I really appreciate the advice!
