Emails are quarantined for word "unsubscribe"

Emails are quarantined for word "unsubscribe", they are not actual spam. What I can do without deactive spam fuction.

The dictionary cannot be managed, so the options are limted to disabling the graymail filter (setting it to "do nothing") or setting it to tag the subject line to allow users to create rules in their mailclient to filter the tag.

Check the graymail setting within the spam section of the inbound policy. The graymail filter dictionary is designed to look for words common  to commercial email, including "unsubscribe".

Right area, but you're looking for the "Classification" sub tab.

Get here, the problem is, how im able to manage the filter dictionary, like get "unsubscribe" rid of the ban list
