Customer invoice not reaching this client

I support an Office 365 tenant that tried to send an invoice to a customer and it got denied. 


Subject: Undeliverable: CustomerSmiley Sadcustomer name), Invoice No:630193

p02c12m025.mxlogic.net rejected your message to the following email addresses:

(customer email)
A problem occurred while delivering your message to this email address. Try sending your message again. If the problem continues, please contact your email admin.

p02c12m025.mxlogic.net gave this error:
Denied [a4793455.0.1347365.00-2298.2802193.p02c12m025.mxlogic.net] (Mode: normal)


I am the email admin, what do we need to do to get this message through to our customer?

hello eolsen,

The recipient of this message can contact the team responsible for their support to request a false positive investigation.  This will help determine why the message was blocked, and most likely have the filters adjusted to allow the messages going forward.  An allow list entry will also allow the message from the sender to be delivered if the customer does not wish to open an investigation.

I would suggest adding the sender and or domain to your organization allowed senders policy and enable allow to bypass attachment policies as long as this is a trusted sender.
