Not only are the branded settings of the From: only using the default sender, but the times that the spam reports are sent are way off. Our own SQ reports are being delivered 4-hours past the set time. Why is this not listed as a service alert?
The branding issues were reported by Operations as resolved yesterday. We have only received a few reports of other Spam Report delivery issues, not enough at this time to issue a service alert. If you haven't done so, open a service request with the support team that handles your installation so we can determine the scope and impact. This will allow us to determine if a Service Alert is appropriate or not.
