Access to Message Audit

I'm logged in with an account that has the "Customer Admin" role, yet I do not see an option for Message Audit under Email Protection. What am I missing?

Message Audit is not enabled by default on all accounts, typically accounts that were in existence prior to this becoming default or those supported by partners. This can typically be enabled by contacting the support for your account directly.

Thank you very much. I tried to contact McAfee Support using the form at http://www.mcafee.com/us/about/contact-us.aspx#ht=tab-techsupport, but find that I require a grant number in order to register and then contact support. I do not have a grant number.

Elsewhere on this forum is mention of needing to contact Sales to acquire a grant number so I emailed the "Partner Sales Representative" who handled this account last March; however, the email address is no longer valid.

Do you have any suggestions of another way I can gain access to support?

PM me your domain name and I can look up where you are supported (Partner, Business Support, Platinum, etc.).
