I have recently upgraded ePO 4.0 to 4.5 everything working fine except Policy Auditor.
I was using PA 5.3 in ePO 4.0, after 4.5 upgrade I cannot find PA report.
tried to re-install PA 5.3 without altering data base. But installation was Unsuccessful.
Installation interrupted at installing product extensions, it rolling back.
I have escalated this to mcafee PS, but no positive reply.
Please help me to resolve this. My manager planning to moving back to old setup.

I know this is an old question, but if you are using a full SQL server:
-ensure you meet the collation requirements as per ePO 4.5 install guide.
-lso ensure that collation order of server/instance is the same as the collation order on the DB

But we are upgrading in existing environment, the resource will support to all latest mcafee products.
any how managers already decided and reconfigured the whole setup.
