Errors import foundstone scan

Hi All, I can not import scan vulnerabilities file from Foundstone to Remediation Manager (see attach files for errors). Anyone here know how to fix this. Thanks! FoundStone 6.8 and Remediation Manager 4.5 version.

Hello,

This error is generally due to an outdated version of the Hercules Administrator Console. The latest version of the HRM console is 4.5.0.89 (available on our main download site using your grant number). This version is updated to allow for the new columns present within the Foundstone 6.8 database.

I just see McAfee Remediation Manager 4.5 on McAfee download page. Setup and then run Hercules Administrator Console from folder on Remediation Manager 4.5 but version still older than 4.5.0.89. I also download and setup Patches (notify success but on console web version but still old one)... Thanks for help! .

For the Admin Console, the patch setup simply updates the installer setup executable, it does not make any changes to the existing, installed version of the console. You'll need to reinstall the Admin Console using the link on the Installers page shortcut in the Start menu.

Just download and install hotfix that will update version to 4.5.0.89.

The hotfix will not automatically upgrade the Hercules Console. You need to install the newer version which is available by clicking the Installers page link in the Hercules entry in the Start Menu.
