Nothing in Host Inventory Results and Advanced Host Assessment Scans || FIM not working

Hi All,

 

I am test for Policy auditor

Which I find Host Inventory Results and Advanced Host Assessment Scans show nothing and FIM not work (Audit is normal)

 

It is normal? Any idea or way to troubleshooting ?

 

For FIM I am trying to monitor a file, but nothing show on File Integrity

It cause by feature has been deprecated?

 

What I have done

For Inventory

1. reinstall agent and PA

2. Run host inventory by ePO

3. Setup task for base inventory again

4. Open DebugConsole and run

 

For FIM

1. change path in different way

2. run DebugConsole

Hello tonyssbear,

May I know what's the PAU version running?

Did you run a host inventory scan on the policy auditor?

Was that scan successful?

Regarding FIM, Yes the feature has been deprecated but it should work 

If the issue still appears, you can also raise a service request for further investigation.

It work at final , just spend a period for initial scan
